Charter 97
Belarusian opposition / pro-democracy
Charter 97 is a Belarusian opposition news website run in exile from Warsaw, Poland, by editor-in-chief Natalya Radina and funded largely by Western pro-democracy organizations. It is unambiguously critical of Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko and covers Belarus from an opposition, pro-democracy perspective. Its stance toward the Trump administration is mixed: it broadly welcomes U.S. pressure on Lukashenko but has expressed concern about Trump-era signals of possible rapprochement with Russia and Lukashenko.
