Concord Monitor
U.S. center-left (editorial page); news coverage largely local and straight-reported
The Concord Monitor is New Hampshire's capital-city daily. It is owned by the family-run Newspapers of New England and funded by advertising and subscriptions. Its news coverage is mostly local and straight-reported. Its editorial and opinion pages lean center-left, and recent opinion content has included pieces critical of President Trump. I did not find enough evidence in my searches to rate its overall stance toward the administration beyond that.
Owned byNewspapers of New England, Inc., a privately held, family-run company that also owns the Valley News, Daily Hampshire Gazette, Greenfield Recorder and other New England papers. Chuck Goodrich is its president and CEO.
