KFF

KFF is an endowment-funded nonprofit that does health policy research, polling and journalism. It is not owned by a company or person. Its work is mostly data-driven and it avoids formal advocacy. Its polls and analyses often report public disapproval of Trump administration health policies, such as Medicaid cuts, health costs and immigration enforcement in health care settings, so critics on the right sometimes see its framing as leaning left. It also reports findings that favor the administration, such as strong Republican concern about fraud in government health programs.
