Office of Gov. Josh Stein
North Carolina state government (Democratic governor's office)
The Office of Gov. Josh Stein is the official communications arm of North Carolina's Democratic governor, not an independent news organization — its press releases and statements promote the governor's policies and political priorities. It is funded entirely by the state budget. Its public statements on federal issues have frequently criticized Trump administration actions affecting North Carolina, such as disaster aid, Medicaid, and immigration enforcement.
