Background

Polsinelli was founded in 1972 by Jim Polsinelli and two other young attorneys in a small office near the Plaza Theatre in Kansas City, Missouri. It started with business and real estate clients. It opened its first office outside Kansas City, in St. Louis, in 1991. In 2000 it created a science and technology practice for patent and biotechnology work. It opened a New York office in 2003. In 2004 it merged with Suelthaus, PC, a St. Louis business law firm founded in 1929. It has since grown to more than 1,200 attorneys in over 25 offices. Its focus areas are health care, finance, real estate, technology, private equity and life sciences. What it publishes (legal updates, regulatory alerts, thought-leadership articles) is written to inform clients about laws, court rulings and agency actions, including those of the second Trump administration. It does not run news reporting or opinion pages, and I did not find a record of editorial controversies. Treat it as an interested professional source: its content reflects client business concerns, not independent journalism. If you meant a different outlet, the profile would need to be redone.
