Portland Press Herald
U.S. center-left (editorial page); news coverage mainstream regional
The Portland Press Herald is Maine's largest daily newspaper. It is owned by a national nonprofit, the National Trust for Local News, through its Maine subsidiary. Its editorial page leans center-left and has been sharply critical of Donald Trump. I did not find a systematic review of its news coverage during the second term, so the 'broadly critical' rating rests mainly on the editorial page's record and is a judgment call.
