DCD is a trade publication for the data center industry. It is owned by the private London media company InfraXmedia and funded by industry advertising, sponsorship and events. Its coverage of the Trump administration is mostly neutral and business-focused: it reports on permitting, energy, chip export and tariff policy as they affect data center builders and operators, and it rarely takes partisan positions.
